We love our Gator!

Approximately 2 years ago we had just put down new turf in our back yard and renovated the garden, new plants etc and then the news came one week later after completion, of the new stricter water restrictions. We had spent a lot of money re-designing the back yard and it was then that I found about the Grey Water Gator Bin. I loved the bright colour as it didn’t remind me of our normal smelly garbage bins and because I have 3 kids who are always dirty, washing is nearly a daily occurrence in our house hold. We connected our bin up which was very easy.

Straight away our grass continued to thrive as we had enough water during the week to water all areas. Last summer we received many comments from our friends and family on how green our grass was and yes we were proud, however the best part is that our 3 kids and their friends could play on soft ground and not on dead patches. If we felt that the back had too much water we just wheel our bin closer to the front and water the front garden. I also use different washing powders and have found that our grass is not biased and quite likes all brands.


Also a minor thing, the sign that you can put in the windows takes away that guilt feeling that people think that you must be abusing your water rights.

We were so impressed with our bin that we also bought one for my parents, and they are just as happy.

So I can certainly testify that this product works exceptionally well and it has become one of the most relied upon appliances in our household.
