Returns Policy 

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you believe there is a problem with something you have purchased from us, and we will be happy to assist you.

You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

• Are faulty
• Have been wrongly described
• Are different from a sample shown to you
• Do not do what they are supposed to do.

 We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

• Shipping cost is determined by destination, weight and shipping method.

• To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment.

• It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.  Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

• Larger items will not be shipped to a Post Office Box, so please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when you place your order.  Also include any details about leaving goods if you will not be at the address when goods are delivered.
